At VPSarox, we deploy resources instantly. Because our digital assets are provisioned in real-time, we maintain a strict policy regarding service finality.
Order Validation
Refunds will not be granted for duplicate or accidental orders once services have been provisioned. It is the customer’s responsibility to review their order before payment.
Technical Scope
We do not offer refunds if the service is unusable due to personal technical issues, including device malfunctions, compatibility problems, or hardware damage.
Non-Tangible Asset Clause
Our service is delivered digitally and constitutes a non-tangible, irrevocable good. It is not subject to cancellation or refund under standard consumer protection laws related to physical goods. All delivered services are considered absolute and non-refundable.
