By initializing a node on the VPSarox network, you agree to follow our operational parameters. These terms ensure the stability and security of our global infrastructure.

Layer 01: Resource Allocation

Usage & Deployment Limits

Users are prohibited from utilizing VPSarox infrastructure for illicit activities, including but not limited to: DDoS initiation, crypto-mining (unless specified), and unauthorized scanning. Any breach results in immediate node termination without refund.

Layer 02: Uptime SLA

Network Persistence Guarantee

We aim for 99.9% network persistence. Scheduled maintenance is broadcasted 24 hours in advance. VPSarox is not liable for data loss; users are responsible for maintaining their own external backup bridges.

Layer 03: Financial Finality

Billing Cycles & Irrevocable Assets

All subscription cycles are pre-paid. As per our Refund Protocol, once a digital node is provisioned, the transaction is considered final. Chargebacks are viewed as fraudulent activity and will result in a permanent hardware ID ban across the VPSarox network.

Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by international digital commerce laws. Any disputes will be settled via digital arbitration.
